Terms and Conditions 

Shipping Policy

All pieces are handcrafted, please allow 6-8 weeks for pieces to be produced. If you require a piece by a certain date, get in contact we will do our best to accommodate unrivalled.interiors@gmail.com

Once an order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a confirmation, tracking and delivery times. 

For furniture items, please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery or that communication has occurred with the freight company outlining a safe place to leave the item. If this is not done and the item is not able to be delivered a redelivery fee will be incurred at the cost of the customer. 

Please note that all freight and shipping charges are paid to a third party and are non-refundable. 

Return and Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged good, please report this to unrivalled.interiors@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the good. Failure to report damaged items within the 48 hr timeframe may void transit insurance. Please ensure you include photos of the damaged good. Once this has been received, Unrivalled will issue you with a replacement.  

If you would like to return your item please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please note that you will need to cover the return postage costs. Refunds aren't available for items that are on sale.

 

Please consider your furniture items carefully, once an order is submitted, we can not exchange or refund furniture items. 

Due to the nature of the travertine there are holes and distinct differences in tones and colours in each piece. If you are concerned please contact us directly and we can discuss further.
